Ticket Policies
Single Ticket Policies
There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Tickets will not be held with a balance due. All ticket purchases, exchange fees and price differences must be paid for in full at time of reservation.
There are no exchanges between productions.
As long as 24 hours notice is given (including email & voicemail), patrons may exchange to another performance of the same production for a $2 per ticket exchange fee.
Without adequate notice, or show is missed, you may still exchange for a $5 per ticket fee.
Price differences may apply if exchanging into a more expensive performance.
Subscriber Policies
There are no refunds. All sales are final.

For exchanges between different performances of the same production, exchange fees will be waived for subscribers who give at least 8 hours advanced notice of their scheduled show. Voicemail and email notification to the Box Office is acceptable.
Without adequate notice, or show is missed, subscribers may still exchange for a $2 per ticket fee.
Price differences may apply if exchanging into a more expensive performance.
If you cannot make a performance, let a friend use your ticket, or please contact the Box Office so we can free up your seat to other guests.
Flex Pass Policies
You will be mailed your Flex Passes.
Each pass is redeemable for one (1) ticket to any Main Stage production in the season it was purchased.
If you do not reserve ahead of time, you will need to bring your unredeemed pass with you to exchange for a ticket the day of the show.
You may reserve your ticket ahead of time by contacting the Box Office at BoxOffice@HaddonfieldPlayers.com or (856) 429-8139. You will need the certificate number listed on the front of this pass to reserve.
Once reserved, single ticket exchange policy is in effect.
No exchanges between productions.
$2 per ticket exchange fee requires 24 hours notice.
Please note: You will not be able to redeem a Flex Pass immediately upon purchase. To redeem your Flex Pass for tickets, you must contact the Box Office during normal week day business hours or bring the physical passes which we will mail you to the performance.
Guest Pass Policies
You will be mailed your Guest Pass(es).
Each pass is redeemable for one (1) Main Stage production ticket. Good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you do not reserve ahead of time, you will need to bring your unredeemed pass with you to exchange for a ticket the day of the show.

Show Cancellation Policy
In the rare instance that it becomes necessary to cancel a show due to inclement weather (or other unforeseen conditions), a cancellation determination will be made two hours prior to showtime.* The Box Office staff will attempt to contact all ticket holders by phone to announce a cancellation and to reschedule tickets for another performance. Cancellation messages will also be posted on our Website, Facebook, Twitter and on our Box Office voicemail at (856) 429-8139. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather if the performance takes place.
*Please Note: There may be extreme cases, such as Governor-issued travel bans, that may require a cancellation less than 2 hours before showtime.
